All about participant confidentiality

First and foremost, we take the privacy and security of our participants extremely seriously. 

When you take a study with us, you have the option to use a name that's different from your real one.

Just make sure to be consistent so we know which person is answering what.

We also ask for your email address and a cell phone number to text you, but we promise we'll only use them as part of the qualification or messaging process around a study. We won't share your information with a third party without your permission, and we won't use it for any other purposes. So, rest assured that your information is safe with us!

Survey+ stores your contact details securely so we can contact you in the future if another relevant survey comes up that we'd like to invite you to take part in.

When it comes to taking part in the research itself, confidentiality works both ways. Our clients are typically brands who are exploring new marketing ideas and concepts that they wish to remain confidential. When you take part, we will keep your data confidential and will expect the same from you. Please don't discuss the ideas and themes we share with you outside of the study.
