How we communicate with you

We typically ask participants for an email address and also a cell phone for us to send SMS messages.  This is how will send pre-qualification surveys, confirmation messages, study reminders and so on

Participants tell us they prefer SMS messages on the whole, because they're more time-sensitive and shorter to deal with. (in any case we send it by email too!)

You need an internet connection to take part during the study days as you'll be logging on to a dedicated website. When we have follow-up questions for you as part of the study, the research team will ask these as part of the research conversation online. You will get an email alert that will link directly to the follow-up question/s on the website.
