I'm confirmed on a Study....but am not sure I can take part after all...

We want you to take part, we really do...but if something comes up, we really want you to tell us asap! No ghosts please!

Once your spot is confirmed, if for any reason you need to drop out of the study, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. You can SMS us back or email [email protected]. 

We understand that unexpected things can happen. However, please note that if you drop out, we will need to replace you with another participant to ensure the study remains representative.

In any case, even if you have to bow out at the last minute or even once you've begun taking part, don't be shy! The sooner we know, the sooner we can get someone to take your place. That keeps everyone happy.
